1.1 Product Overview

The constant temperature and humidity test chamber can be used to determine the adaptability of electronic products, components, materials, etc. to use and store under High humidity, low humidity, constant humidity, temperature cycling changes, and humidity conditions where condensation occurs on the surface.

The constant temperature and humidity test chamber adopts a relatively reasonable structure and stable and reliable control method, making it aesthetically pleasing, easy to operate, safe, and with high humidity control accuracy. It is an ideal equipment for conducting low humidity tests, constant temperature and humidity tests, and alternating humidity tests.

1.2 Product Advantages and Technical Features

1.2.1 Utilize a multi-channel, environmentally friendly and energy-saving (low-noise) mechanical compression refrigeration system.

All materials, parts, components, raw materials, etc. of the device, whether domestically produced or imported, are made of environmentally friendly products; Based on the characteristics of mechanical compression refrigeration, a two-stage multi-channel main and bypass system is adopted. The multi-channel main and bypass can be adaptively selected and activated according to different working conditions. By using a temperature mixing chamber, a static pressure chamber, and a forced air duct system with centrifugal blades, sufficient exchange of cold and heat is ensured, and air is evenly supplied through the top orifice plate to each space in the working room (experimental area) to achieve temperature uniformity; To achieve rapid temperature convergence, our company has collaborated with Sanyuan Corporation in South Korea to develop a dedicated PID adaptive algorithm suitable for our company.
